Year End Award Requirements

1. Rider's must complete the nomination form. The nomination fee for members is $0 and $25 for non-members per horse/rider combination per discipline. The nomination form must be turned into the club by the rider's JUNE horse show.

2. Rider's must complete 4 volunteer hours per horse/rider combo per discipline or complete the buy-out form & pay the $40 fee per horse/rider combo per discipline if received by May 18th. Buy-outs received after May 18th will increase $10 per month. No buy-outs will be accepted after September 14th. The payment schedule for the buy-out form is as follows:
*Before May 19th- $40 per horse/rider combo per discipline
*May 19th-June 30th- $50 per horse/rider combo per discipline
*July 1st-July 31st- $60 per horse/rider combo per discipline
*August 1st-August 31st -$70 per horse/rider combo per discipline
*September 1st-14th- $80 per horse/rider combo per discipline

3. Rider's must compete in 3 of 5 horse shows on the same horse/rider combination per discipline/division.

**Buy-out is $40 per horse/rider combination, per discipline** You may submit multiple riders within the same family on the form & you may pay for multiple combos on this form**
